I had problems with my original Gourry at A-Kon, they decided my resin blade was too sharp. Fanime said it was cool, so long as I didn't do anything stupid with it. I'll bring sandpaper and paint in case I need to dull the blade more for Otakon. Was it a real mini-shovel, or a prop?

Hope the humidity will cooperate with you; it's like, crazy humid over here. And con security... sigh. I wasn't allowed to carry around my mini-shovel for Holly at AMA... clearly I prefer MAGFest because they let me carry my weapons around with me.
